We’re bringing together our SUBS Partners and SUBS Members (that’s you) to look at many of the challenges and opportunities local business owners face when running a small business.
Why the power of the collective? Well, if you’ve heard the expressions ‘a problem shared is a problem halved’ or ‘many heads are better than one’, you’ll get the gist of the event.
We’ll be setting up four roundtable discussion groups, each led by the relevant SUBS Partners for that topic. This open discussion forum will give you the opportunity to ask questions and share your own knowledge and insights on the following themes:
- Professional Services – an opportunity to get answers to your legal, HR or insurance questions
- Finance and Accounting – discover what your Accountant or bank can do to support your business and how you could benefit from a Debt Recovery Specialist should the need arise
- Social Media and Websites – gain insight into promoting yourself in the digital age and understand how to align this with your sales and marketing strategy
- Business Support – build your business with advice from business coaches, IT specialists and other necessary service providers.
Each discussion group will last 15 minutes before you move onto the next table and there will be plenty of opportunity to network over tea or coffee before we start.
